A Response To 100 Points to the first Non-Pro in this Thread!!

Opie have you ever played chess and anticipate the your opponent's move and then they pull off something completely expected?

Anyhow, since I wasn't expected the crickets (and feel like ranting today) I guess I will adopt your quality non-pros excluded thread to continue from my soap box... (You are free to do things like this when you aren't on the payroll or, as in your case, don't have to pretend to always admire the political party that is most likely to continue giving your social class the most handouts)...

The above two examples are just a couple easily cherry picked examples...

Since you are in the banking business I'm kindof surprised I really need to explain this to you but...

A bank makes loans or offers of credit based on laws and regulations (right or wrong) and they aren't required to offer Quang any credit... Given these rules part of the risk of loaning money is the risk of default and judging Quang's post my guess that his rates and terms strongly reflect this perceived risk... Again the bank isn't required to loan money but by doing so they agree to certain legal stipulations designed both to protect the lender and the...

Oklahoma next to walk away from Big 12?
NORMAN ? University of Oklahoma president David Boren affirmed OU's role in the current conference derby Friday, saying: "I'll put it this way: I don't think there's any chance OU is going to end up being a wallflower when this is all over."
The derby, from OU's standpoint, might end sooner than some imagine.
"My experience on these types of things is it might be a matter of 72 hours," Boren said after taking part in a groundbreaking ceremony for OU's new student-athlete housing center. "It might be a matter of two weeks. I don't really think this is something that's going...
Day x ? After a relaxing side trip to Montezuma I again returned to San Jose for the bash via a bus bumming swigs of some cheap wine from a couple locals I luckily got seated near on the ride. As it was late when I arrived I opted for a cab to go back to the hostel where I left my DC rather then making the short walk at night. I briefly arguing with the taxi driver about using the meter but tiredly gave in and agreed to...

Part 1 here - http://forum.sbrforum.com/players-talk/1205360-my-cheapo-cr-bash-trip-report.html

It has been raining heavy since late afternoon so instead of hanging out in a hammock I've decided to write a little longer summary while I sample what I think is some cheap Panamanian vodka ($2 Kosako Vodka Importado anyone?)...

Day 3 ? My polyamorous marriage plans for the couple of Austrian girls I lucked into sharing a room with seemed to have fallen through as they left at 4:00 AM as scheduled. Given I had now had the room to myself I slept in till around noon when the owners came to tell me I had...

Day 0 - Spent night at Denver airport due to poorly made plans (read no plans made)... Also lacking hotel arrangements I made last minute reservations at a hostel while crashing at the airport (I was going to stay at an aparthotel I researched but never finalized the reservations and it was fully booked due to my excessive procrastination)...

Day 1 - Arrived at CR airport and naively exchanged small amount money at inflated prices... Took cab over city bus as it was late at night and I didn't want to try and figure out that system, sweat...
